The venue team reported a 50% response rate to their sales emails post-Christmas 2024 and in January 2025, representing an unprecedented uplift compared to previous periods.
20% of enquiries in January 2025 resulted in a private tour of the venue or attendance at an open day, demonstrating a significantly improved conversion rate from initial enquiry to a key action.
Email newsletters and targeted mail shots achieved a very strong average open rate of 54.4% and a good click rate of 3%, indicating high engagement with the content.
